Kelly Osbourne got candid about being fat-shamed in early 2000s Hollywood when she was a teenager releasing her debut album Shut Up and set to take the entertainment world by storm.

The 39-year-old opened up on the latest episode of her family podcast, The Osbournes, as she recalled getting “pulled into the head of the agency’s office”.

Kelly didn’t name the executive but explained how he was casually placing golf balls into a cup whilst lecturing the hopeful actress.

She recalled the executive commenting on “how I was too fat for TV and I needed to lose weight, and that if I lost weight, I would look better.

“He was just saying; ‘You're not a movie star, but you could be one if you lost weight,’” she added.

On the podcast, Kelly’s brother Jack jokingly dubbed the incident “the most LA s*** ever” which his sister agreed to.

Around the same time, Kelly was set to make her movie debut as Lindsay Lohan’s best friend in the iconic 2003 hit Freaky Friday.

However, the fashion designer quit the production when her mom, Sharon Osbourne, was diagnosed with colon cancer.

The manager extraordinaire successfully recovered after undergoing chemotherapy but opted to have a double mastectomy in 2012 as well to lower her chance of getting cancer again.

Kelly’s comments come after fans have been speculating about her weight loss for months as many believe the mother-of-one has joined the trend of using the weight loss drug Ozempic.

While her mother has openly admitted to using the drug, and shared her own regrets about her Ozempic use on the podcast previously, Kelly has consistently denied and slammed the claims against her.

Instead, the Emmy Award winner credits having her son Sidney with Slipknot musician Sid Wilson in 2022 for the change in her appearance.

She explained to Extra that she developed gestational diabetes during her pregnancy and had to quickly make some lifestyle changes to shift the weight after giving birth, otherwise she would have a “higher risk of actually getting diabetes”.
