We are currently looking to recruit an inspirational andenthusiastic Communication Learning Support Assistant to join our successfulInclusive Learning team for the new academic year 24/24.
The idealcandidate will be a highly motivated, empathetic and compassionate individualwho has a strong desire to inspire, and a passion for supporting and nurturingstudents with their learning.Communication skills are key to this role, and you must hold a minimumLevel 3 British Sign Language qualification.You will be an ambitious team player who is keen to play their part inshaping the Inclusive Learning department in line with the college’s mission,vision and strategic objectives.
As well as workingcollaboratively within the Inclusive Learning team, you will need todemonstrate these skills when working with all other staff as well as students,parents and carers.
