Access Denied You don't have permission to access "http://book.lufthansa.com/lh/dyn?
Trying to book a flight on Lufthansa. I'm getting this error on Safari on a Mac. Not running a proxy or VPN. Anyone else getting this message? I'm guessing its costing them a ton of money if a subset of people can't even buy tickets.
You don't have permission to access "http://book.lufthansa.com/lh/dyn/air-lh/revenue/viewFlights" on this server.

Delete your cookies or at least all for lufthansa.com

I have had this recently. Had to use a vpn or private browsing window to hit the site. Recently changed my router and not sure Lufthansa website likes my new IP address!

I get the same message every time I attempt to enter the Turkish website. So far I'm fine with lufthansa (touch wood).
I faces challenges with things technological, but this is what I do:
Go to "privacy" under safari preferences. Then <manage website data> and search for Turkish, click on the appropriate line, then <remove all>. Try it with Lufhansa.
I imagine this is what our geekier friends mean by clear cookies

You can also refresh the page ignoring cached content with crtl+F5 or crtl+shift+R

For me, Lufthansa never worked using Chrome incognite mode (same access denied messages), but it does work using Microsoft Edge for some reasons.

Weird. I am getting the exact same error message. Cleared cookies. Tried Chrome and Safari. iPad and Mac.
Will try with a private browsing setting.
Just got off the phone with Lufthansa tech support and they say there's no problem on their end. Grrr.

I keep getting this error no matter what I do after trying to add/access my booking:
You don't have permission to access "http://book.lufthansa.com/lh/dyn/air-lh/servicing/co*ckpit" on this server.Reference #18.53403617.1665440835.59504fe6
I tried clearing all the cookies and history, I tried a brand new Firefox and Edge browsers with no cookies or history, I tried the Incognito mode, I tried their app on my Samsung Galaxy phone. It just doesn't work. I am able to get to my profile, but cannot get to the booking from my profile. As soon as I open the booking number and submit I get the error. I can get to to the booking from the Guest/non personalized general page.
Sent them a support message with this error yesterday - so far no response.
My profile used to work fine just a couple of months ago. My flight is actually on Austrian.com. Now when I try to log in on Austrian I get forwarded to Lufthansa.com and it doesn't work. If someone finds a solution please post it.
Someone said that it does not like someone's IP - I am in NY connecting via Verizon FIOS. Not sure what it wants from me.

Just tried again in Edge from my laptop - same exact problem:

That you could probe with a VPN.
For me these things happen and then they go away, even though I never clear my cookies and my hope IP is always the same. So I beleve it to be a server fart and not a safety measure.

I'm in the same situation now. I tried it on my phone app and got the same error. On my laptop i tried it in Firefox, Edge, Safari and with incognito modes in all of them. Tried disabling secure dns (dns-over-https) but still the same problem. This is driving me nuts.
I would appreciate any suggestion. I've tried the usual "clear cookies", tried VPN and went from a german server but keep getting the same problem.

It worked for me when I used the Edge browser app on my Android phone.
I am able to add my booking now.
But still wasn't able to successfully submit my passport information.
Something is very wrong with this site.

Cant book flights on Lufthansa Website or App
Hey friends!
Anyone having success booking flights on Lufthansa's website or app? Both keep crashing for me.
I dont want to use 3rd party sites in case I have flight issues and dont want to pay $39 to have them book me over the phone.
Anyone having any luck?

Similar problem here. I've been getting an "Access Denied" error message on the LH website for the past few days trying to book a TATL flight.

Seeing as online is glitched, then ringing up should have any fees waived.
